Meal Prep Classes
You know that feeling when the week starts, you’ve bought a bunch of produce and have the best intentions of cooking at home meals for yourself but ultimately you know that half of those veggies are going to be compost in your fridge before they are soup in your belly?
Or that feeling of being at work once again disappointed by your lunch of raw carrots, store bought hummus, and sad dry chicken from the Whole Foods Deli…
Or when you come home starving at the end of the day and yell at your partner for not taking the chicken out of the freezer like you thought you’d asked - and now dinner is either 2 hrs away from happening or you’re headed for tacos for the 3rd time that week.
Yeah — I’ve been there too- in fact with as much as a cook for other people - when I fail to plan and make the time for myself this is the case more often than I’d like to admit.
But……
What if cooking wasn’t another task on your list —
but a way to anchor yourself in care?
These classes aren’t about discipline or diet.
They’re about rhythm. Nourishment.
The quiet satisfaction of knowing there’s good food waiting for you when life gets full.
We’ll spend a few hours together in your kitchen —
hands moving, smells swirling, conversation flowing, building a week of simple, nourishing meals that support your energy, your time, and your joy.
You’ll learn to:
Cook once, eat well all week
Shop with intention — only what you need, nothing wasted
Prepare breakfasts in minutes
Create a pantry that supports ease
Tailor everything to your body, your values, your lifestyle
Meal prep becomes less about control, and more about trust —
in yourself, in the food, in the rhythm of nourishment.
1:1 classes begin at $400 + the cost of groceries; 2 week menu and grocery list to support integration.
Group classes (up to 6 people) — $600 total
***Average grocery cost: around $125 for two people per week.
Cooking is a form of devotion.
Let’s bring it back home.
Retreats & Private Events
Food that nourishes connection, creativity, and rest.
For the past decade, I’ve cooked for yoga retreats, women’s gatherings, corporate trainings, artist residencies, family gatherings, celebratory dinners and permaculture immersions — creating meals that hold space for presence, conversation, and joy.
Whether we’re in a lakefront lodge, mountain Airbnb, or tucked-away retreat center, my approach is always the same: seasonal ingredients, thoughtful planning, and food that supports the energy of your group.
What’s Included
Menu Planning — crafted to match your retreat’s theme, season, and dietary needs

From intimate family gatherings to large-scale retreats, I bring care, rhythm, and ease to every event - allowing food to support the flow, not a distraction from it.
