It’s like summer camp, but for badass, brilliant and nourished women.
Why Babe Camp?
There is a kind of hunger that isn’t solved by eating more, learning more, or doing more.
It’s the hunger for being met.
For being in a body that feels safe enough to soften.
For sitting across from people and not having to perform or hold it all together.
Most of us have learned how to keep going.
How to stay functional, capable, even “well.”
But underneath that, there is often depletion—
in our minerals, in our nervous systems, in our sense of belonging.
This retreat was born from that place.
A shared recognition between Sena Maria and I that nourishment is not something we can fully access alone.
It lives in relationship.
In rhythm.
In the spaces where we are no longer rushing.
Why We Need This Now
We are living in a time that pulls us further and further away from ourselves.
Constant input.
Endless stimulation.
Disconnection disguised as productivity.
And while there is no shortage of information about healing—
there are very few spaces that actually allow the body to receive it.
Most people are not lacking knowledge.
They are lacking capacity.
Capacity to rest.
To digest.
To be in their bodies.
To be with others in a way that feels real.
This is why in-person spaces matter now more than ever.
Because the body remembers through experience—not theory.
Because co-regulation cannot happen through a screen.
Because something ancient in us recalibrates when we gather, eat, and rest together.
What We Are Creating Together
This is not a retreat to fix yourself.
It is a space to come back into relationship—with your body, your nourishment, and the pace of nature.
Through shared meals, mineral support, and intentional time in nature, we are creating an environment where your system can begin to unwind.
Where nourishment becomes something you feel—not just something you understand.
Sena Maria brings her work philosophy, offering a lens into how depletion lives in the body and how we begin to rebuild from a foundational level.
I bring my work with food, and land stewardship—guiding you back into nourishment as something sensory, relational, and deeply human.
Together, this becomes a more complete picture.
Not just how to nourish—
but how to live in a nourished way.
A Return to Something We’ve Always Known
There is nothing new about what we are doing.
Humans have always gathered like this.
In nature.
Around meals.
In shared space and slower time.
Places like Radiantly Nourished Babe Camp were created to support exactly this—stepping out of the pace of everyday life and into something quieter, more spacious, more real and rooted.
What is rare now is not the practice— but the permission.
This retreat is that permission.
The Invitation
If something in you feels tired in a way that sleep hasn’t fixed…
If you’ve been craving a slower, more honest way of being…
If you miss what it feels like to sit, eat, and exist in real connection— This space was made for you.
You don’t need to come with answers.
You don’t need to be “ready.”
Just willing to show up, be, and remember play as a radical act of world nourishment.
Nestled on a private lake in Northern Minnesota- this land both raised and nourished Sena and I. Its a place that is underrated and Minnesotans tend to like it that way. We are honored to invite you into this place to be nourished by a truly quiet and minimally touched piece of land- where the sky is dark enough to show its true brilliance of dazzling stars.
